The Great Incorporation

People don’t get it. They say it’s too hard. What are you saying? I’m too busy for that kind of stuff? Can you not say it simply? OK, I’ll try. In Star Trek, the Borg says you will be assimilated. I suggest we will be incorporated. We will be made into one body, the mass through IV or intravenous and maybe transdermal methods in the future. Very small stuff will be put into your body so external networks can monitor and control, for your own good of course. You will be incorporated (just in case you didn’t get it). What will you do when they tell you they are finishing with mobiles? Go cold turkey, go back. No, it’ll be - what can I do? - I must. Give me a sip of the lemonade, I knew you wouldn’t put a sign in my forehead like those religious nutters and conspiracy freaks said.

I guess you didn’t think too much about Leviathan and what that meant. So I’ll tell you. There used be an idea in the West of the mystic body of Christ, before nation states. People did not want that. Princes did not want it. Various kingdoms and principalities did not want it. They also often believed in the spirit world, but not one that might stop them do what they will. Two policies came about. Firstly they would create a vast machine of control which would erase the mystic body, attack it or take it over. That could be done over generations. Secondly they would create a system of control based on machines, intelligence and force of military weaponry. Thus would be a new body, a new techno-corpus, a Frankenstein for some. Wells talked of the Global or World Brain, but it has the other parts too. Terence McKenna, who people seem to misunderstand, talked about us as the reproductive system for a new stage of evolution. Teilhard De Chardin, who more people misunderstand, wanted a new integration of people. AI will do this, down to you cells when you are in your cells. AI-Govnerveance.

They? Who do you mean? I locate the movement in a long tradition with Roman elements and especially a Frankish base through the Angevin Empire and Normans up to the contemporary Atlanticists. That has a curious symbiotic relationship with the Orient and Middle East which came about through opposition to Catholicism. At the Reformation, new corporations worked with old, taking over trusts and religious institutions and using them for colonial and imperial expansion. They were often ‘mysteries’ or guilds. Soon we had colonial corporations and private bodies like the East India Company. They led imperialism. As Empire seemed to fade in face of national liberation movements, the English-speaking Atlantic world empire (reflecting dreams of Francis Bacon and John Dee) transmuted into international regulatory frameworks and transnational corporate networks that run the world. Unattached to their populations (who seemed to have not gotten the message after sacrifice in two world wars) they disengaged and prepared for another in a globally fronted-network of old power – Plantation of the Automatons.  All chaos promises technical order. All new networks were through corporate forms i.e. bodies. Disparate bodies are generally united by one factor. They oppose persistence of the old Western, Catholic world based on Christ conceived as a single body.

This vast corpus will now incorporate you. Wearables, inserts, surveillance, total IT dependence. TechBondAge. Then you are not free. You have given it away. You agreed to every step. You cannot say I didn’t know. You will be incorporated especially as we reject Christ. Christ was the vine, these were the ivy. We will wither with the IV. You will be incorporated. Into what? Firstly, a techno-network. Secondly into the dark spiritual domain. Resistance is not futile but your future.
