They found out that phlogiston was not real though clever people thought it was. The complex feudal system with great diversity, complexity and variability has become something like that. It describes something but not the thing people say it does.
Alas! A Woeful Return of The F-Word and Lamentable Juvenile Delinquency
If we want to get medieval (or even Victorian) I’d say that we are being invited by the mono-revolution to go to hell and retribution will come then at least. Though if we don’t wake up and break free we won’t be getting anything. Maybe Pulp Fiction was a better metaphor than I thought. Don’t be manipulated to give up your soul for or by a lie. If you believe in persistence of the spirit post-mortem you don’t want to be looking back and feeling complicit in a system that was precisely opposite to that you believed but led you to behave like it to ensnare your soul. I hear young people use what more knowledgeable people called the ‘F-Word’… feudalism. It’s popping up on my feed. I see some telling me that feudalism is unfolding before our eyes. They are committing their souls to a fiction which is devilish. I say all is directed against God and the rest are magic tricks.
I know about flying planes. I don’t know how to fly planes. Many people now seem to know about feudalism. I doubt they really know how it operated. Furthermore I doubt they even know about it. Yet its evils are a cornerstone in creating utopia. So off is this base that one might wonder whether it was not a misdirection produced by the people who were really organising the flying of the planes. Perversely, the planners that failed in the paradises created by communism may have more accurately reproduced the system they thought was there in their own head. The anarchists warned about this and dystopians like Zamyatin copped it on as did Savinkov and the other revolutionaries who opposed Bolshevism. The logic is like Henry Ford. We have tools for any job as long as it’s a hammer you need. People are now told that the Church was merely some kind of parasite promoting phantoms. For a thousand years before the Reformation, the Church ran education in Britain, including Oxford and Cambridge, but maybe young people think Richard Dawkins and his type must have set them up by their selfish genes. Instead the Reformers and ‘new men’ robbed stuff and claimed they got it from good work-ethics, reason and science - just like they seem to be allowing young people do now in certain places. Just like the reasonable Bolsheviks abolished law and morality in 1918 with the Red Terror. What’s in the cat comes out in the kitten.
There are all kinds of bunkers you shouldn’t enter with apparently reasonable people. It is depressing seeing young people parroting nonsense that has killed millions and is leading inexorably to their demise. By the way, they don’t want reform and don’t want you to have a home nor a family, save they can dole them out like some old king. But you’ll still not get anything because there’ll be a preferential list. I notice a revival of critiques of feudalism as if it explains what is happening. Even advanced and more accurate critiques of techno-feudalism are potentially slightly misleading - though I support the techno-critique. I am biased because I believe it is a mono-revolution or a singular revolution against God, especially Christ and I believe monotheism most likely predated its emergence in the Middle East. Having studied aspects of legal history for a few decades I am certain most people who talk about feudalism would fail an exam in it and I would need a fair bit of revision myself. I can say that after years of study I don’t understand it, because nobody has yet. We are talking about a description that in any version covers a multitude of mixed and conflicting systems from place to place. You might say it does not have much to do with obsolete ghostly terms we still stumble over today like advowson, subinfeudation, escheat and enfeoffment. I agree, but I am hearing a mantra of feudal description that grossly over-simplifies the dull complexities of legal history and I did grapple with some as a student with a renowned legal historian, as renowned as one of them might be (which is not Pop Idol level). And as my father used say (probably from bitter experience) fools rush in where angels fear to tread. Having worked with other legal systems in the world, feudalism as Marx understood it was certainly not a scientific principle nor even a legally historical one, not even as he described it. Worse scholars like Susan Reynolds believe that the feudal system was a concocted description and construction that related to ecclesiastical land. Macfarlane has explained how German commentators did properly understand the nature and significance of the ‘trust’ in the legal system in England. Maybe I have got it wrong and at the Marxist training classes, which look like most schools now, after they are told how to deconstruct and apply dialectical thinking they are led into the intricacies of distinguishing between manorial law as a narrower feudo-vassalic sense and féodalité. Then we have to ask whether the things we have struggled to understand like fiefs and vassalages were not later constructions or are the instruction classes in fact based on the 12th century Libri Feudorum? Just like Christ has been bound by communism with creations that have no causal connection, so has feudalism been bundled into an ideal type that does not even explain the general rule from which in fact the actual exceptions may have constructed capitalism and been the true rule. But remember communism and capitalism complement each other.
I say that contrary to the crony capitalist merchant system, Church surpluses were used for the community, education, hospitality, alms houses and so on. Surpluses were for surplices not to make more stuff to get more stuff. Capitalism does not give you the great cathedrals but the ugly monstrosities. It’s all about hiding and destroying God, Christ and man. Capitalism and communism agree and they are two sides of Caesar’s coin.
There were great Marxian debates about the nature of feudalism. Some theorists said that the pressures within systems lead to an implosion and some say it was pressure without. What became clear from a number of critiques was that Marx and others had not understood the complexity of the legal phenomena they were dealing with and German theorists did not comprehend the significance of the trust in Britain. Yet they are still able to convince young people that this is scientific. Indoctrinated with f…… falsehoods they can prepare to eradicate opponents who their scientific analysis has proved are structural obstacles. Their removal (with blood if necessary) will create utopia or paradise on earth, even if it has never done so before in the red experiments. By the standards of science today - it may be science. But they don’t seem to have noticed its flaw either. Feudalism is the new phlogiston, the mysterious but false substance that purported to explain chemical reactions in fire… before it didn’t. The techno-feudalist description is not the worst and I support the underlying critique but it seems like a fig-leaf for your phlogiston. It may even appear to allow a segued retreat into a new critique which appears to justify your old one, or worse, it may think the previous analysis was right all the while it continued to contribute to the phenomenon it claims to be against. What is ancient about the critique is that it has the feel of a superstitious shiny service to Baal behind pseudo-science and wrong history.
There is another very perplexing phenomenon about the revolutionaries who will bring their followers to hell. Most revolutionaries came from the penumbra of a focus where feudalism had hardly existed, if at all, and which disproved the very foundation used to erect a new Tower of Babel over a sea of blood. I locate Marxism in the Reformation and Enlightenment tradition. Marx got his doctorate from Jena where modern philosophy was born in the aftermath of the Kantian retreat from the God postulate as Jesus began to be blurred into a more materialist conception. But it was in London he produced his work with Engels. Bolshevism was later born literally around the square mile of the City of London, which itself is within London city. When William the Conqueror came he left it alone though he lived across the road in the Tower. The single driver of most colonial enterprise from India to slavery was never subject to the feudal trajectory we are told proves the science of this nonsense. We find Benjamin Franklin there too in the City.
Where else did Marxism grow along with Zionism and Anarchism? Obviously in Switzerland following Calvinism that also gave us modern crony capitalism. What is distinct about the legal history of Switzerland? It largely disengaged from orthodox feudalism as it supposedly existed through the canton system. What is it giving us in recent decades? World trade, Big Pharma, LSD, mass migration, geoengineering, Central Bank Digital Currency, ‘St. Gallen Mafia.’ If you want a little Swiss culture you can also get the Black Death music and Dadaism. By the way, how many beautiful ancient Norwegian churches were burnt by freedom loving heavy metal Satanists? Did you know that some of these beautiful constructions from the 1100’s maintain heat with no heating systems better than modern hi-tech constructions? Real science did prove that. But what did these old-fashioned people know, they were probably suffering under feudalism and the delusion of God. WEF is the least of it, up the Magic Mountain. Even if the ‘post Trot’ Starmer thought Davos more important than Westminster and more congenial to him, it is merely a classroom for the gofers distracting from the real changes in Geneva and at CERN. Oh by the way, Switzerland, like the Atlanticist axis had a tradition of mercenaries.
Crony capitalism and communism are united in materialism and globalisation which allows the mercenary element expand and take over markets and supply-chains. Now these supply-chains are being prepared for your being, to link it all in the great concatenation of nations through the digital networks right into your soul. Instantiation of Christ, particularly in the apostolic ancient Churches, must go because Christ is individual and civilizational to the anti-Christ system of the Man. I am trying to explain how the mono-revolution is prosecuted. Mercenary mercantile materialism is one useful way to think of what unites the West, Russia and China as they jockey for places in the new emergent global governance regime. Instead of feudalism for the future (and it will get mock-medieval) think instead of a total game of tokens and you are one. I could make an analogy with feudalism but the amount of caveats would make it appear like a conveyancing document such that the utility of the term is busted. Marx got it wrong and moderns do too, so they will merely assist as midwives to the neo-medieval system pending the advent of AI-posthumanism.
Did you know there are mercenary armies operating all around the world? You might work out that there’s a parcel of rogues in the nation or we are run by such as Augustine suggested lose legitimacy. But don’t help put more in or work for the Man. Try and stay out of the hot-places we are too knowledgeable to believe in.
